THE THE PROEJA THROUGH THE LENSES OF YOUR STUDENTS AND TEACHERS: AN ANALYSIS FROM THE THEORY OF LEARNING SELF-REGULATION

The objective is to investigate the characteristics, difficulties faced and strategies used by Proeja students to organize their study habits, from the perspective of students and professionals. It is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research, developed from questionnaires and interviews. It was observed mostly adult students, unemployed, with children and heterogeneous in terms of age, school trajectory, academic performance and specific reasons for enrolling in the course. It was verified the importance, for the participants, of the strategies to seek social help from colleagues and to search for information (internet), as well as the need for better use of strategies to establish objectives and plans and to seek social help from teachers, among others.
